Junior IT Systems Engineer

At You-Dream Tech Hub we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to the support and management of IT infrastructure for our clients.

You will assist with troubleshooting, system maintenance and providing technical support, helping other companies optimize their IT operations.

The successful jobholder will provide the following services according to the project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in implementation and support of client IT infrastructure
• Install and configure Microsoft infrastructure
• Install and configure Virtual Infrastructure
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability
• Operate and maintain security and backup policies

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies will be consider as an asset
• Windows Server
• Linux (Red Hat and/or SLES)
• Virtualization (VMWare vSphere, Hyper-V)
• Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, AWS)
• Networking / CCNA Routing and Switching or CCNA Data Center
• Commvault Suite
• NetApp Storage Appliances
